Great Experience! Bob was so helpful. He was very nice and really gave us a lot of insight into choosing the best mattress. He was also super patient while I was deciding on the mattress. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back in future solely because of Bob! Mattress is awesome as well

We worked with a gentleman named Robert at the Union Rd location in Cheektowaga and he was super helpful and very patient with us. I described my sleeping issues and he helped us pick out the perfect bed to address those issues. He was very nice and very thorough with any information we needed to make a final decision on our purchase. The price was reasonable and I especially appreciate the warranty and other perks that comes along with purchasing from Mattress Firm. I would highly recommend anyone to shop here!

I worked with Terri he was amazing he listened to what my concerns were I ordered my mattress offline but wasn't happy with it when arrived so I wanted to exchange I went to the store and spoke with Terri he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I felt welcomed he had lots of patience and knowledge about each mattress I was interested in he kept me in my price range I would definitely refer a friend and recommend Terri to anybody!!!! Purchased a new mattress labor day weekend. Our salesperson Terri was absolutely the best. Was so helpful and very patient. Was impressed with the amount of mattresses we could try. Found one we really like. Also received and a great adjustable platform. Highly recommend this store and Terri.
