My wife and I went in to shop for a new mattress at Mattress Firm in Denton. Bill met us at the door with a smile. He asked what we were looking for and what our budget was, that is if we had one. Bill showed us every bed that fit the needs we both had and gave us the specs for each. He even let us try the purple pillows over the standard ones they had, really giving us the experience as if we would have had it home already. With the Memorial Day Sale happening on top of selective offers on financing, we couldn't walk out with without a great Sealy Mattress and delivery within 2days! My wife is happy which makes me happy. Thanks to Bill and his exceptional customer service and attention to detail towards our needs.

Richard made the experience easy and enjoyable! He went above and beyond in demonstrating the mattresses and going into detail regarding the benefits. He also helped me set up the delivery! Should’ve been my first choice to visit!

100% Happy and totally satisfied with Mattress Firm!!!! I made a big purchase and I was worried about making the right choice, luckily I walk in to the store and was immediately greeted with a big smile, Bill was great with giving the necessary knowledge which made it easy to make my decision.
