We recently purchased two recliners from Rooms To Go and had a fantastic experience. Our sales associate, David Miller, was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. David took the time to explain all the features of the chairs and made sure we understood how to operate them properly. Although we ultimately declined the extended warranty, he thoroughly explained the coverage options without any pressure, allowing us to make an informed decision. He also reviewed all of our delivery options and answered every question we had. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, informative, and enjoyable. I went in to “just look around” fell in love with a table and chairs. Went back to look again and brought my hubs. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful new table and chairs and a fantastic sectional! Hakeem was wonderful and even came in on his day off to help us. Highly recommend!
