My husband and I had a great experience at the Silver Spring Mattress Firm (Colesville Road location). Our sales person Tamsir was very knowledgeable and helped us find the best bed within our price range. The whole process went very smoothly and it was really helpful to visit a showroom to test the mattresses and get questions answered instead of buying online. We’ve just spent the last few nights on our new mattress and are thrilled with our selection.
View on GoogleTamsir was very helpful! He let us take our time in comparing mattresses. We went back-and-forth between mattresses several times and he did not pressure us to make any decisions quickly. He also helped us out with half off our boxspring and throwing in the mattress protection plan for free.
View on GoogleYafait (Yaf) at the Silver Spring Mattress Firm location was incredibly helpful. He was friendly and efficient. He listened carefully to exactly what I was looking for, and offered me good options to choose from. Although it was a lower-priced transaction, I was treated as a valued customer, with respect and care. Thanks Yafait!
View on GoogleThank you, thank you TAMSIR for your expertise , professionalism, respect, and the most wonderful Customer Service I’ve ever experienced buying a mattress! I have been checking out, mattresses for the past months, even coming into this location to check out the Queen TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt® 13" Firm Mattress a few times. TAMSIR really took the time and extra effort to explain details about this mattress, as well as the choices of other mattresses available ,without even pressuring me to buy. I must also add he even let me know of about the wonderful available options for , if you needed. Happy to report, I purchased this bed a few days ago! I recommend not just going to this location, but dealing with him directly BRAVO TAMSIR!!
View on GoogleTamsir was my sleep Expert which I loved! I came in because I was having hip pains from my current mattress, he completely understood that I needed cushion but firmness and allowed me to try multiple mattress options. At this point I was falling in love with mattress after mattress. Tamsir asked me to prequalify and helped me find an option that worked perfectly for me today! I was able to schedule my delivery after selecting the perfect mattress, adjustable base, mattress cover, protection plans and a quality sleep I will enjoy thats much needed for years to come. Go to Mattress Form Silver Spring and ask for Tamsir you will thank me later!!!! As working adults we deserve quality rest!! 😌
