I’m new to the mattress hunting world, but the sleep experts made the experience wonderful. They gave important insight on what the “right” mattress felt like and what best suits my sleep style. There was never a time I felt rushed to “just choose a mattress”. Superb patience and attitude. Highly recommended this location

My GF and I stopped by Mattress Warehouse Bethesda this past week and we were helped by the store manager, Sam Rasheed. I want to acknowledge Sam for the time and care he took to ensure that he matched us with the best product offering for us by comparing and contrasting several different mattress offerings (e.g., the different ways they were constructed along with their features and benefits). At no time did we feel we were being upsold or pushed into something. What we anticipated would be a boring but necessary life task, turned into an educational experience. We have now slept on the mattress we selected (Tempur-Pedic) for one week, and it has been life-changing in the best of ways. I have some disc compression issues that can flare up and cause sciatica pain down both legs, so we were looking for a firmer mattress to support my lumbar area. The TP we chose is firm, yet it also molds to the body. Once you get used to this, it feels great! We selected a frame that raises and lowers the head and feet, and has an adjustable lumbar support bar as well. The morning pain for me in the lumbar area has diminished appreciably. From a customer service standpoint, everyone has been top notch. The mattress was delivered at the prescribed time the day after we purchased it, the delivery/install team was courteous, took care in the setup, and cleaned up after themselves. So, thanks to Sam and the MW team for a positive experience from start to finish!

The salesmen were incredibly kind and helpful and trying to accommodate my needs. Though they were out of stock on an item I needed, they tried to problem solve how I could get some of the products elsewhere. I was disappointed that they did not save the notes on the long conversation we had had on my previous visit to the store but Jamal (who is an amazing salesperson) had remembered them (Apparently, the notes may have gone into the computer but then automatically delete aftera certain number of days.)I spoke to three different salespeople and they were all great. I would advise that if you discuss products but do not buy that day, you (the customer) keep notes on the conversation bc their notes were not taken or were automatically deleted. Very knowledgable salespeople and I have not always found this to be the case in mattress stores.

Had a great experience with Ridge at the Wisconsin Avenue Mattress Firm. He was super helpful in identifying what kind of mattress I was looking for and I was appreciative that he was mindful of my price point when evaluating the many options from a mattress tech standpoint. I will definitely return to this Mattress Firm for future purchases!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my mattress thanks to Dennis. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. He explained the differences between each option clearly, without being pushy, and made sure I found something that fit both my comfort and budget. The process was smooth from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the high level of customer service. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a new mattress!
