Mattress Firm Exton

Our mattress shopping experience was absolutely outstanding, thanks to Albert! From the moment we walked in, he took the time to genuinely listen to what we were looking for in an ideal mattress. His attentiveness and understanding of our needs made all the difference. Albert suggested several mattresses on display for us to test, and remarkably, every single one was exactly what we had in mind. He clearly knows his products inside and out! While having such perfect options made our decision harder, it was a good problem to have. What really sealed the deal was Albert sharing his personal insights and testimonials from other clients, which gave us the confidence we needed to make our final choice. He also recognized that an adjustable base would be perfect for our situation and went above and beyond by including it in a fantastic deal, plus threw in two complimentary pillows! Albert’s enthusiasm for ensuring we got exactly what we needed was evident throughout the entire process. He never felt pushy, just genuinely invested in our satisfaction. If you’re in the market for a mattress or bed, ask for Albert. You won’t be disappointed!

Found a mattress I liked on sale on the Mattress Firm website but was NOT looking forward to dealing with that kind of reputedly pushy, oily sales approach. I was just about shocked to have the opposite experience with Albert at the Exton location. I found him extremely straightforward, very personable and knowledgeable and never tried to drive me at other products I had no interest in. Had a great conversation, got a quality mattress at a very good price, and it was delivered promptly the next day as promised. A surprisingly pleasant buying experience.

Lisa gave us excellent service as we purchased a mattress for the guest room of my parents-in-law — we ended up purchasing a new mattress for ourselves as well (with the head and feet lift — wonderful feature that takes a lot of pressure off your back!). She walked us through many options before making our selection. Thanks for the beds!

Stopped in today to compare options for a mattress purchase in the area. Lots of competitors within a mile, but Lisa made all the difference here. We tested a variety, evaluated our costs, and thought we would walk out without a very good deal. Lisa made the best deal happen. VERY happen with the information, professionalism and response we received. Lisa is an asset to Mattress Firm. Thanks to Lisa! More companies need a thorough rep like her!

I stopped in yesterday looking for a mattress and left with 2 mattresses, new pillows and amazing mattress protectors that I can't wait to use. The ver-tex mattress protector was exactly what I needed to protect my mattress. Brian offered exceptional customer service. I will definitely be back next time I need any type of bedding or a new mattress. I highly recommend this store!
