Mattress Firm Fort Oglethorpe

I just don’t believe it gets better than this. My wife and I originally entered the Fort O store in June looking for a new, king mattress. It was the best sales encounter I’ve ever experienced in my life. Billy is the BEST. Super knowledgeable, very personable, and NO pressure. But we left with a new mattress and platform anyway. Long story short, we ended up receiving a soft instead of the medium we ordered, and honestly didn’t catch it. For 4 months! But we came to realize something was off, and with 1 day left on the 120 trial period, Billy was able to help us out with the exchange of a medium-firm mattress which arrives in 2 days. He was able to pull magic strings to not charge us the extra $400 for the new mattress since it was no longer on sale. Billy is seriously the man, and we can’t recommend him enough. And honestly, Caroline was also fantastic and helpful when we visited when Billy was away. Please go get your next mattress here!

Billy and Alley were great! Billy was my sleep expert and he was great at explaining the different beds and features. I will def be recommending Mattress Firm!

I give this store a 5 star because of the sales person, Billy! He was so polite, knowledgeable and funny. He made you feel that he had your best interest at heart!! When you walk into a mattress store, it can be a little overwhelming, but within 5 minutes I was put to ease. Billy listened and we found the best mattress for me! It was such a good experience!

My husband and I were searching for a new bed & Billy our Customer Service Guy was Absolutely Amazing!!! He spent time making sure we got what we wanted and was very throughly on products & helped bundle to fit our needs Still very expensive but Billy was Great & I’m happy we purchased with him!!! Thanks again Billy!!! Quick Update We still have no bed after posting this review!! There’s been two scheduled deliveries since writing review we were awaiting today again to find out we have wait another week without being informed again until Today after Calling 5 stars to 3 due to we still have no bed after paying full price so we will be canceling our order with them Today and asking for refund this is beyond the worst experience awaiting a new bed… 2/7/25 two weeks after we finally had our bed delivered it’s 1am and our bed is fallen to the ground!!! After studying, I decided to watch the end of the game with my husband. I put the bed into gravity mode and it went completely to the ground!!! Now we’re on the floor again for the night!!! Outraged with the outcome of this company!!! You guys we paid you almost $4000 in total for bull crap!! I will be in the store in the First thing in the Morning!!!!

Billy has excellent customer service. He was friendly and helpful. We were able to actually lay and sit on the mattresses and figure out the adjustments we needed. He did his best with discounts and finalize the sale. He was helping with another customer but still was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Even though we didn’t buy today we appreciate Billy and will likely be back.
