Mattress Firm Rome

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Rome. The store was clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. We did not feel pressured at all, which made the shopping experience much better. The manager, Laney, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses and the differences in box springs vs bases and really listened to what we were looking for. She helped us find something that fit both our comfort needs and our budget. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Mattress Firm in Rome to anyone looking for a new mattress.

My wife and I went in looking for a bed for our 10 year old daughter and Lani helped us find a bed that our daughter fell in love with. She listened to our daughter’s needs and how she felt about the beds! Lani was all around a great person to deal with. We had one issue and that was the frame being delivered to a different house but my wife called Lani and explained and she was able to get it fixed! Would definitely recommend Lani to anyone looking for a new bed. She listened not only to our daughter but to my wife an I and recommended a different bed for us.
