Demico helped me through the Matress Firm process to find the right mattress at the right price. It takes a little time but it works. I got a mattress within my budget that is comfortable for my sleep positions. Very satisfied with the detail oriented customer service and the purchase. Thank you Matress Firm and thank you Demico! Damico, our salesman, was very professional, and courteous. He patiently listened to our issues that we were having sleeping on our old mattress, before showing us the mattresses, which would address our needs. He seems to have a sense of humor. We laughed and we enjoyed our customer service that he so gave. I would recommend anyone to go and speak with him in their hunt for a mattress.

First and foremost, Demico was an all-star. Not only were they very knowledgeable and patient with answering any and all of our questions, they were kind and welcoming. Honestly one of the best in store experiences I've had. They provided many options that the system generated but when those weren't quite working out for us, they recommended something else they thought would fit (and personally owned, so they had a lot of experience with it) and it was a great shift. I would genuinely recommend anyone to go here and find your next bed as it made the experience a lot more palatable, dare I say enjoyable, especially after doing weeks of online research. Will send anyone I know looking for a new bed this way for sure.

Had a very good time getting a hybrid mattress from here. With the help of Sleep Expert Sung, I was able to go through the 4 main different styles of mattress (which I only just learned of there.) Very thorough while also efficient and the service was excellent and accommodating. I was even given free cold bottled water. 10/10 I would buy a mattress from here again if the quality was not so high that I won’t need to replace it for at least a decade of time. Once again can’t commemorate Sung enough!

Sung is an amazing sales associate who approached my brother and myself very warmly and kindly as soon as we walked into the store. I wasn’t sure what I was looking for and he helped me narrow down my options and get amazing Memorial Day deals before the sale ended!
