My partner and I recently decided to buy a new mattress and pillows. We tried a few other mattress shops, but it wasn’t until we stopped in at Mattress Firm that we found the comfort we were looking for—all within our budget. We were met with incredible service, the entire way: From testing the mattresses/pillows to delivery, and questions afterwards. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. I originally placed an order online for a new mattress and base. We received the mattress rather quickly but never received the base. After numerous calls to customer service and other locations I was losing hope, but that all changed when I called the Kenwood location. The sale associate (Taylor) was extremely helpful and resolved our issue with in a matters of minutes! We are FINALLY going to receive the base we have been waiting. I highly recommend the Kenwood location!!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great customer service, helped us get an awesome deal on a king size. Kept our budget in mind and we walked out with something better then we expected to be able to afford. Salsa reps listened and it didn't feel like they were trying to sell me (I know that's their job) on a bed we couldn't afford. Highly recommend
