We had a wonderful experience with MF! Jennifer spent time with us explaining the different kinds of mattresses, doing a screening On the issues we deal with when we sleep (Back, neck, etc.) And what type of sleepers We are (Back, side). Then, she kindly, and very patiently, showed us several different types of mattresses that would be good for our problem areas and explained each type of mattress for us. There was no high pressure at all, and when we decided which one we liked the best, she took the time to sit down and do all the paperwork with us, once again, explaining everything as we went along. Everything went so smoothly that our bed was delivered within hours. The two gentlemen who delivered it and set it up for us were very clean, kind, and efficient. They were in and out in no time, while still being very cordial. We loved our experience with Mattress Firm!!

My wife and I decided that we finally needed a new mattress, and after doing weeks of research we decided to shop at this particular store. We were immediately greeted by Jeremy and then his manager Jennifer, who were extremely friendly but also very laid back. Unlike pushy sales people they addressed our needs with simple questions and provided us with multiple options. There was no pressure to buy and they seemed to genuinely want to help us find exactly what might suit us best. While Jeremy was new to the store, he was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was far beyond patient with us (it took us nearly an hour or more to decide on a mattress and if we actually wanted to purchase one). In the end, after looking at a variety of wonderful options, we chose the Nectar Premier (which is what we had originally researched for side sleepers-but were also open minded to suggestions) and is what we hope to be the perfect mistress for us. Jeremy is a definite asset to this store and along with Jennifer, customers will be in great hands. More sales people need to be like the people that we encountered today !!!

Salesperson business-like yet friendly, easy to interact with. We bought a basic boxspring, reasonably priced, for a queen frame but found basic level to be absolutely presentable, completely enclosed and serves our purpose perfectly. Delivery charge could have been $0 had I chosen to move into my home myself but happily paid $49 for 2 very nice delivery people who brought inside, removed protective covering, and placed on our frame. Happy to buy from a “better” sleep industry company.

Cody made sure we understood that we could have a cash back if the bed we bought was on sale in a certain number of days. It went on sale and his word was good. In a time when people try to get the best of you, it's good to find honesty.

Cody was great! We came in with an idea of what we wanted and he was able to show us options and let us try different types of mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and personable and handled the transaction efficiently. We’re looking forward to enjoying our new mattresses!
