Mor Furniture for Less Warehouse

Alright, this is for John Fry. This guy is so kind. My husband and I ordered 2 barstools and we’re going to pick them up because we truly don’t have the money to spend on delivery. John called me yesterday just trying to see if we’d like free delivery because someone cancelled. My husband and I work so I told him no but he said if anyone else cancelled he would call me back. Sure enough, he called me back today! Remembered my name & was overall so kind on the phone. Thank you John! Not only are you taking a huge burden off my shoulders trying to pick up those barstools in a sedan, you were also so kind and easy to talk to about the furniture! Give John some recognition he deserves it!

Bought a couch back in July and it broke. Called warranty to see how to get it fixed. Sent out a technician to come see if they could fix it. He came out and said it would have to be replaced and they will schedule a drop off for the new couch. Never once was I told to make sure I had the couch looking like new in order for them to load it on the truck to return. I was instructed to get every single dog hair off the couch. They left the couch in pieces and told me to call the 1800 number to schedule a new delivery date.

NEVER AGAIN! MOR FURNITURE cares nothing about customer service AFTER they make their purchase. You are on your own once they make the sale. This whole process of picking up from the wearhouse is garbage. Wont do it again and I advise others to stay away from MOR FURNITURE

Absolutely amazing service! I originally ordered my loveseat from Ashley Furniture Store since they were the manufacturer. Paid for loveseat and delivery well over a month ago. Delivery was supposed to be April 28, but they kept changing it. Final straw, no delivery on new date of May 7. Cancelled ordered and went online to Mor Furniture and found exact same loveseat $100 cheaper and in stock. Immediately purchased it and set pickup for May 8. Later in the day, Mor called and offered to deliver it for free since they would be in my area. They gave me a delivery window of 10am -2pm. It was perfectly and professionally delivered at exactly 10am. I will definitely make more purchases at Mor Furniture! Thank you so much for your awesome customer service! Kindly Patricia Glover

By far the absolute worst experience ever!! Going on a 4 month battle on a simple task to get my furniture delivered! ZERO communication and ZERO accountability from anyone at this location. Nelson, the salesman for this location and Dustin, the manager are an embarrassment and should be ashamed. Constantly making false promises and are even rude/disrespectful when speaking to me and other customers. Avoid them and this location at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. Not worth the battle!!
