We had a very good experience. My husband and I were looking for new mattresses and met Brad who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us options and explained the differences and we purchased 2 new adjustable and firm mattresses that were exactly what we were looking for. We chose to go to Mattress Firm based on recommendations from our friends that had just recently purchased 2 mattresses also. I highly recommend this store if you're shopping for new beds.

Farrah was wonderful to work with in finding the perfect bed for me! She explained a lot and took time to answer all my questions so I felt good about my major investment into quality sleep. She helped me find ways to stay within budget and financing. I would totally recommend coming here for any bed purchase.

I was in the market for a mattress, I contacted Ms. Lucero about my needs and she went above and beyond the limits to help me. She asked me about what my needs were, was i having pains, was I having trouble sleeping etc. My goodness I didn't know there was so much information required to pick out a mattress. Very pleased with the purchase we recently made at Mattress Firm. Farrah was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She led us through the process of selecting the right mattress with good questions, kindness and a good sense of humor. Also, I was impressed with the team work between Farrah and Ben in handling the sales process.

So we walked in as Farrah Lucero was just coming into work. She was extremely friendly from the get go. She asked what we were interested in and was quick to show us all available options.
