Mattress Firm Montrose CO

After purchasing over 20 mattresses from Mattress Firm since 2020, I can say without hesitation that every purchase has been a pleasure. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. When there was an issue, they quickly resolved it. They have earned by loyalty and therefore my future business with them. Cayden is a standout for always being responsive and Harlie very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Thank you again.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Mattress Firm enough. After ordering our last two mattresses online, thinking the savings would outweigh the benefit of trying them in person, we ended up disappointed both times. Neither mattress felt right for my wife or me. This time, she insisted we actually go into a store and test options first, and I’m really glad we did. Walking into Mattress Firm turned out to be one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Mike took the time to help us find the right fit, and once we did, he went above and beyond, helping us track down a leftover model from the previous year that saved us over $1,000. Mike was never pushy and helped explain the pros and cons to each mattress as we tried them out. We were there for hours laying on mattress and trying pillows until we landed on the Goldilocks fit that worked for my wife and me. That savings gave us the flexibility to upgrade to an adjustable base with vibration and lumbar support (well worth it my friends). On top of that, they included two new pillows, free delivery, and free haul-away of our old mattress. The overall value and experience completely blew away anything we’ve gotten buying online. If you’re on the fence, go in person, you will 100% be surprised how much better it is. "She say do you love me, I tell her only partly. I only love my BED and my mama I'm sorry." -Drake.

My experience today at Montrose Mattress Firm was about as good as it could have been. Michael was really nice to work with. He was friendly and not pushy at all. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and I appreciated his help & time. The store had a nice amount of inventory to try out.

We can’t thank Cayden Clark enough for his help. Several members of our family have purchased from him over the years. Whether we need mattresses for our personal homes, or rental property, he always makes sure we get the best mattresses at the best available price. He is friendly, efficient and professional. Highly recommend.

Great customer support and service! The team in Montrose was very helpful answering questions. I appreciate the tracking updates and delivery was right on time as scheduled.
