Went shopping for a mattress for my guest room. Erica was very helpful and NO pressure. I highly recommend shopping here. Great New Year sale price, spent less than I expected and got a memory foam mattress!

BUYER BEWARE! This review is for Mattress Firm Corporate Warranty Policy. We purchased the 2nd most expensive mattress they carry and it has body impressions in just 1.5 years of use. We are not obese or overweight. Jumped through all their warranty hoops only to be told our mattress does not meet the threshold. Our mattress has deformed a 1/2 to nearly a inch in 1.5 years they say it needs to be more than a 1 1/2 That is crazy to me I will never purchase from Mattress firm ever again. At nearly 62 years old and married for nearly 43 years we have had a few mattresses over the years none as cheap as this.

My wife and I stopped in to take a look at King-size mattresses because we weren't getting any sleep at night on our old mattress. The sales lady was very knowledgeable and suggested we get something firm. As a result we are now sleeping like a baby at night and waking up feeling refreshed. Thanks to Erica for being so knowledgeable about the store products which come in a wide variety. So if you are having any kind of sleeping discomfort I strongly recommend you pay them a visit. They just might have what you're looking for

Sorry for the late review I think I've been asleep since Mrs Erika sold me my mattress lol!!! She was the best I was lucky to be the only one in the store at that time and with me being ADD i think I needed to try every mattress that day!! Atleast twice. She never once got bored she helped me pick a perfect fit for neck and back trouble. Not only did she do all of that I had a battery problem with my truck and she assisted me with jumper cables to get back home. Super awesome worker and lady thanks again.
