My husband and I went in after already looking at several other furniture stores, knowing exactly what we wanted. Carrie was so kind and showed us our available options. Not only was AFD was the best price option, what we wanted was in stock and could be delivered right away! Carrie made the check out process so smooth and seamless while giving us the best deal possible! I can’t say enough about our great experience with this store and Carrie in particular. The review gets 5 stars but Carrie gets 10!!

Let me start by saying that Jeanie, our sales rep, was wonderful. She is the only reason this isn’t a zero-star review; she kept us in the loop through constant delays and was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, she is the only positive part of this company. On 2/14/2026, we purchased a significant amount of furniture, including a $1,378.75 console table, a coffee table, and a bed. After months of delays, we were told on 4/30/2026 that we couldn’t get a new console table at all—the only option was a floor model. I am not spending $1,400 on a floor model, so I have requested a full refund. Which American Factory Direct states "they do not do refunds" even when they cannot get the thing you paid them to get. As for the bed, it’s still not here. They are "allegedly" saying it will arrive in mid-May, but based on this experience, I’m not holding my breath. It is ridiculous to have thousands of dollars tied up for months with nothing to show for it. To make matters worse, the delivery of our matching coffee table was a disaster. The delivery team ROLLED the table up my stairs, splitting two of the legs down the middle. When a tech came out, they admitted it needed shop repairs but then refused to pick it up, repair, and then redeliver it. Their only "solution" was to let us pick a different in-stock model because the one we actually wanted was destroyed by their own negligence. Avoid this place unless you want to pay full price for damaged goods and endless delays. I am sure I am missing something but I will be submitting everything I have to the BBB. God speed to anyone who buys something here!

Jeanie worked with me from going several times to my final purchase. I have a difficult work schedule and there was no problem working in the delivery and installation to accomplish my schedule. Superb communication she wanted to be sure everything was right, even after delivery, the installation and delivery was just as smooth. I would not hesitate to return

I went to AFD as recommended by friends, and I'm glad I did. Jim was my salesman, and he was incredibly helpful without being pushy on sales than most furniture stores. The process was quick and easy. The store itself has many different options for every kind of furniture. The one I had found couldn't have been more perfect for what I had in mind. Will be back again.

These are the nicest, easy going people to deal with. Jeanie was our sales rep. and she was wonderful! She went out of her way to help us and check on us even after the furniture delivery! This is my second purchase from them. And there will be more in the future.
