Mattress Firm Holland

I highly recommend this store. They have great customer service and a 120 day satisfaction guarantee on their mattresses. I also want to sing Lincoln's praises. Professional, helpful and super friendly. We will buy from him everytime we need a new bed. Thanks for everything Lincoln! We appreciate your quality customer service! It is rare these days.

Nicholas and Lincoln are knowledgeable and helpful. We went in expecting to be swarmed by salespeople and instead we were met with courteous service. Thanks for all your help Lincoln and Nicholas!!!

The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of two is the salesperson was knowledgeable and curtious. The delivery of the box springs was a total mess. They left the box springs a street over at the wrong address and didn't call to inform us they were delivered. They sat in the hot sun in 80 percent humidity until we received a text and started looking for them. The store that sold them was clueless and tried to blame the third party delivery people. We had to carry them a block down the street to our home, one at a time in the 90 degree heat. They were soaking wet from the humidity and had to dry out before we could use them. Needless to say, we won't be going there for our mattress needs in the near future.

Lincoln and Nicholas were outstanding in helping us with a new mattress. They took the time to answer all our questions. Offered advice on accessories. Will return for future mattress needs.

Our sales consultant, Lincoln was extremely helpful. Not only did he listen attentively to my needs, but he made well-considered suggestions and educated me as to why he selected each mattress for me to try. He was patient and very pleasant. He even encouraged me to try a "wild card" suggestion despite my healthy skepticism and it ended up being the mattress I purchased! I'm looking forward to celebrating the upcoming holiday season well-rested! Thanks Lincoln!
