My husband went in today just to browse for a new mattress for our toddler, it was a great experience! We were primarily helped by Sydney and she was incredible. It was easy to be our goofy selves in there & they were so helpful! They went above and beyond to help us. I left with a $150 pillow which is wildly shocking for me and I’m so excited to get here! I look forward to dealing with them for our mattress needs in the future, we’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Sydney! You’re the best. I can’t remember her male associates name (I didn’t read his name tag like I did Sydney’s) but he was also so helpful and full of information.

Sydney made our experience absolutely fantastic today while helping us pick out our new bed. She had great energy from the moment we walked in and was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect bed that fit our needs. Sydney also did an excellent job explaining all of our financing options and clearly walked us through the obligations so we knew exactly what to expect. The moment we walked in, Sydney was there to help us choose the right mattress. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses, bases, remotes and apps. Sydney was patient with us from start to finish. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm located in Muskegon, south (Norton Shores area) to anyone looking for a mattress. No high pressure or pushy sales which is a huge bonus as well. We are excited to sleep on our new mattress this weekend!
