Mattress Firm Jefferson Village

Walked in mattressfirm and was greeted by a happy, smiling faced young man. Profit was very knowledgeable and attentive. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. He was a delight! I even went to a different store the next day so I could deal with just him on my purchase. A genuinely great guy. I would have given 5 stars but the delivery guys were careless and left a leg off of the bed. My husband sat on the bed and it sunk. Then he had to climb under the bed and screw a leg on that was left on the floor. My husband is disabled and should not be crawling under a bed.

I went into mattress firm shopping for a bed for my mom and Gma. I knew we wanted a split king and an adjustable base. Prophet, the salesman was very knowledgeable and very understanding of what we needed. He made the buying process very easy! I was very stressed looking for a bed for someone other than myself but with his help and guidance…it was simple! He was very easy to work with and got us exactly what we wanted…without trying to upsale it! He answered all of my questions and was very honest and up front! I would absolutely buy from this store again!

I went in today to purchase a new king size foundation for the mattress I bought here 2 years ago. The service was great, very quick transaction with fast delivery. I was even offered a coupon to assist with delivery charges. This is the only place I shop for mattresses.

My husband and I went in with a game plan; easy in and quick out. We were there longer than anticipated but that’s because the salesman, Prophet, wanted to ensure we knew exactly what we were buying, and we are SO appreciative! He had us try a selection of mattresses, and explained the pros and cons of each compared to what we wanted. He walked us through each step, and explained everything to us multiple times (thank you!!). The financing options they have are fabulous, and make it so affordable. I wish every sales place had a Prophet. He made the process easy and seamless, and was so nice!
