View on GoogleI have used Rooms to Go, Greensboro, many times since 2018 to decorate bedrooms, dining rooms, sunrooms, and living rooms. Each time has always been spectacular, deliveries on time, and workers so nice. Recently we started building a guest house, and Cheri helped us style the entire thing. Her service has been over-the-top spectacular. If you are visiting there, I would recommend calling ahead to make sure she's available. She's not a designer but could be!!
View on GoogleI spent over $6,000 last year in march on furniture from Rooms To Go and also purchased their extended warranty for peace of mind. At the time of sale, we were assured that the furniture was “100% Italian leather” and made with high-quality materials. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience at all. The furniture has barely been used, yet it is already showing significant signs of poor quality. The stitching around the buttons has come apart, multiple areas are deforming, and the material is tearing. Based on the condition, it’s clear this is not the premium leather product that was advertised to us. We contacted Rooms To Go multiple times, but they avoided addressing the issue. Eventually, we were told that we needed to go through the extended warranty provider. When we did, even after providing proof and photos, the claim was denied as “wear and tear.” So now we are left with damaged furniture, despite spending thousands of dollars and purchasing additional warranty coverage that has proven to be useless. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We feel misled about the quality of the product and let down by both the retailer and the warranty provider. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from Rooms To Go. Based on our experience, the quality does not match what is promised, and customer support has not been helpful when issues arise.
