Jerome is absolutely the best! He goes above and beyond, always with a smile and a positiveness that really helps!
I recently came in to exchange a defected mattress and I had a terrible experience in the previous store. Jerome appeared and made the entire experience exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the perfect mattress with the best cost benefit. His service was so outstanding that we made sure to follow him to his location — even if it meant driving a little further out of our way. It was 100% worth the trip. Niccole was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered every question I had, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right mattress instead of just trying to make a sale. She was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful the whole way through. Thanks to her, I found the perfect mattress and had a great experience doing it. If you get the chance to work with Niccole, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend asking for her specifically.

Jerome was excellent to work with at Mattress Firm. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
He took the time to understand what we were looking for, explained the options clearly, and helped us make the best choice without making us feel pressured. That made the experience easy and comfortable.

I dread mattress shopping, dread it. I loathe dealing with pressure sales people, I don’t appreciate that you can find mattresses with similar names but different quality at different stores. And I truly hate that I bought an expensive less than 5 years ago that deteriorated quickly (but didn’t meet warranty criteria). All that being said, I reached my breaking point and ventured to Mattress Firm in Kingstowne. Jerome was terrific. He was knowledgeable, and in no way a high pressure guy. I spent close to two hours trying mattresses, asking questions, comparing his answers to research I had already done. He was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. My new mattress is being delivered in a few days, so I can’t speak to that. I can however say that I had a pleasant and positive experience at Mattress Firm.
