I dread mattress shopping, dread it. I loathe dealing with pressure sales people, I don’t appreciate that you can find mattresses with similar names but different quality at different stores. And I truly hate that I bought an expensive less than 5 years ago that deteriorated quickly (but didn’t meet warranty criteria). All that being said, I reached my breaking point and ventured to Mattress Firm in Kingstowne. Jerome was terrific. He was knowledgeable, and in no way a high pressure guy. I spent close to two hours trying mattresses, asking questions, comparing his answers to research I had already done. He was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. My new mattress is being delivered in a few days, so I can’t speak to that. I can however say that I had a pleasant and positive experience at Mattress Firm.
