Gus was great! Very friendly, didn’t rush me, and I had a great time picking out the bed I got. Also walked me through sales and discounts. I got a Caspar!
View on GoogleWonderful experience. Gustave really showed us patience, allowing us to take our time and choose he proper bed for our nights. We even changed mattresses at the last minute before swiping and still no issues. We even received next day delivery. Great customer service!! Highly recommend visiting if searching for a new mattress! Thank you Gustave!
View on GoogleI came here on Black Friday and got a deal that I couldn't image. David and Guss were the best and that definitely made me buy my Queen bed here. Thanks Guys.

View on GoogleI am a returning customer reaching out to report an unethical practice conducted by a salesperson person in my local store. I visited a local store with my son shopping for a bed for him. The Salesperson proceeded to showcase a Casper mattress which I later learned was a Dream Max mattress that my son tried and loved. However the order/delivery listed a Casper Dream which was within the budget I shared with the salesperson, Dawud. After the delivery , both my son and I recognized that the height of the mattress did not match what we tested during our visit. I made the measurement which was around 9-10 inches and returned to the store to investigate the issue. Another Salesperson informed me that my order was for a different version of the Casper dream mattress , specifically not the dream max. I proceeded to inform him that I was misled about the product I purchased. Unfortunately the store management is not willing to accommodate this lapse in judgment by the salesperson. The only option given to me was to upgrade to the max by spending close to another $1000 dollars, beyond my budget. I informed the store that I was a returning customer who had purchased 2 mattress in the last five years, spending thousands of dollars. I was instructed to reach out to HQ because the store management did not value my loyalty. A very disappointing customer!
