Kiran went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. She was extremely helpful and attentive to our requests. The emtire process started with a call and Kiran stated Marlo furniture was having a VIP sale and that we would be offered a great price on whatever we purchased. Kiran walked with my wife and I for about 2 hours and we absolutely love our selections and the help to decide on many items we spoke about. We appreciate the dedicated time Kiran gave us and the great price as promised. Thank you for superlative customer service. We look forward to doing business again in the future.

Writing this review to protect other people. Beware of bait-and-switch scams at Marlo. We visited Marlo for their 50% "going out of business sale" to get a recliner for my girlfriend's dad who has a herniated disc. After browsing for 2 hours the sales assistant helped us get a few more discounts on chair that was already marked down + delivery. After everything was agreed upon and we left the store, we received a call saying that the tag (see photo) on the chair was incorrect and the real price of the chair was actually 6x times as much -- therefore we needed to come back for a refund or select another more appropriately priced chair. 1. I've never purchased something and have been told I didn't purchase the right thing. 2. Receipt clearly states "No Refunds" since they are going out of business (but all of sudden there are refunds now :) 3. Not sure how this was even possible: - The sales representative went back to the computer multiple times to check the price of the item in order to give us a further discount. - They said they didn't have any other one in stock so they sold us the floor model that we looked at. (Which is clearly marked on the receipt "FL") After trying to resolve the situation over the phone with them it was clear they were trying their best to make this my problem and get me to come back into the store to either spend more money or get store credit (once again for a store going out of business). Even tried getting in touch with the store manager, Ray, which they were happy to 'connect' me with because Ray clearly doesn't pay for his phone plan. Anyways leaving receipt proof of bait and switch for everyone to see. Marlo isn't worth the headache. And we still don't have the chair.

I found a nicely priced beautiful bedroom set with one night stand I wanted to purchase. I asked the salesman about purchasing a second night stand & he checked to see if that was possible. He said yes, and I told him I would be back tomorrow to bring my husband to see the set. We returned the next day & had a different salesman begin to write up the sales ticket - when I asked about the price of the second night stand he said it was not possible to order one by itself. He then brought a manager to apologize & explain it was not possible to get an individual stand as they only came with the set. He said the first salesman needed more training. I was very disappointed, but bought the set anyway.

We ordered a couch and love seat from Marlo. The sales associate assured us the furniture would be delivered within 4 weeks. 2 months later still without any furniture, one sofa is at the warehouse ready but Marlo will not do a partial delivery or even allow us to pickup the piece that is ready. We have called multiple times without any solution offered to us.
