What a great experience at the Kirkwood store. Kudos to Mike. Mike made buying a mattress an absolutely great experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. What really stood out was his knowledge and the extra level of care and service: he personally took the time to tie the new mattress securely on top of my SUV, making sure it was safe and solid before I left. That kind of effort and attention is rare these days. Mike went above and beyond, and it made the whole process easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for a mattress and want someone honest, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile, ask for Mike. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI had a really great experience at Mattress Firm at Kirkwood Square thanks to Alassane, who helped me today. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. I spent a long time going back and forth trying to decide, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, gave me helpful information, and then gave me the space to make the decision on my own. That balance of being supportive without being pushy made a huge difference. I truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism and would absolutely recommend working with Alassane.
