I had a great experience working with Isabela at Tempur-Pedic. She was incredibly patient, helpful, informative, and never pushy throughout the entire process. Even though I ultimately made my purchase online so I could earn Rakuten points, Isabela was absolutely imperative to the sale and took the time to answer all of my questions and help me feel confident in my decision.

Chris had shown me great kindness. Even I am not good at English, he explained all technical information about mattress very professionally in easy English so I can understand. Also he allowed me to test all mattress firmness i can compare without any uncomfortable felling. He was very honest and frank, so i could believe him.
