Mattress Firm Lake Wales

I had an outstanding experience working with Carlos Quinones at Mattress Firm. From the moment I walked in, he created a welcoming, no-pressure environment and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a mattress. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he explained the differences between options in a way that was clear, honest, and easy to understand. Carlos was patient as I tested multiple mattresses and never rushed the process. He focused on my comfort, budget, and sleep needs rather than trying to upsell, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to his guidance, I found the perfect mattress and left feeling confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about helping you sleep better, I highly recommend asking for Carlos Quinones at Mattress Firm. He turned what could have been an overwhelming decision into a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Walked in to buy a mattress and there was no sales pressure. The sales person listened to what I wanted and proceeded to show me a few choices and let me decide which one I wanted after I had a few questions which he answered very knowledgeably. Very pleasant experience ,mattress will be delivered the next day. Thanks Mike

Gotta give a shout out to Micheal at this location for helping me and my newly pregnant wife find us the perfect bed. This guy went in depth despite all the questions we had. He was very professional and nice, would recommend speaking with him for a perfect bed.

I was very pleased with Michael’s knowledge of mattresses and he was very personable. I only went into the store for information, and come out with the mattress and frame. That’s a good sign of salesmanship Isn’t it? ☺️

My experience was the best service ever from Michael. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to find me the best mattress. I will recommend him to my family and friends. I’m very grateful and happy with my purchase.
