Came in today to look at purchasing a new bed in hopes of better sleep. Kat, the customer sales rep was amazing!! She was very patient and very knowledgeable. She made sure she showed us as many options as possible before finalizing our purchase. She broke down every buying options and discussed them with us so we could make the best decision financially. I would definitely recommend them especially if Kat is there to assist. Thank you Kat!!!

I’m an old woman with horrendous hot flashes and have been searching for a comfortable cool pillow. I just happened to see the Mattress Firm logo from the street, and decided to see what was available… soo glad I did! Javier was sooo welcoming and helpful! I wish I could purchase a new mattress, but social security denies me that ability… but I did try several pillows, at Javier’s assistance. I purchased a cooling pillow and am eagerly awaiting its arrival since they are not available at the store!!! If I should win the lottery, I will definitely go back and purchase a new mattress! As unlikely as that is, I appreciate the helpful suggestions!
