Mattress Firm

The salespeople were very helpful in answering my questions and placing my order. They made sure they had all the correct information on my order for the delivery. The delivery went well with the delivery people calling ahead to confirm my delivery address and estimated time of arrival and they were very courteous and prompt in setting up my order. I’m very pleased with my purchase of the bed frame and 2 mattress box springs.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to the excellent customer service from the team. Yenelin, Dalila, and Veronica were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Yenelin was especially helpful when assisting us with a warranty claim and had such a cheerful personality while guiding us through the process. Veronica also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that we left satisfied as customers. We really appreciate the great service and the positive attitude from the entire team.

The greatest customer service when looking for a mattress. Veronica S. really helped me out in choosing the right mattress for my back. I'm very impressed with the way she assisted and explained in detail. We need more people like her.

Upon walking in the door, I was greeted by - I believe her name is - Yene in a very cheerful and welcoming way. She was so very kind, respectful and took her time showing me the many options of mattresses in the showroom. I finally decided to purchase a foam pillow top and we absolutely love it. A+++ for service, professionalism and for product satisfaction.

Veronica greeted me when I just opened the door she was so nice. She helped me alot with the mattress that I purchased. I so grateful and happy for all the help she gave me. Thank you so much 🙏❤️
