I had a great experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Christina! She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what we needed. She made the whole process easy and made sure to answer all our questions. Christina’s friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture, I highly recommend asking for her—you’ll be in great hands!

We purchased couches from this location and just a few days later discovered they were running a Father’s Day sale with the same set at a significantly lower price. My dad went in to request a price adjustment to see if they could help him out, which is a completely reasonable ask after such a large purchase. The employee/ front desk lady was extremely rude and dismissive rather than trying to work with a loyal customer. My dad ended up canceling the order and they didn’t even seem to care about losing the sale. That alone says everything about how they value their customers. We will not be returning, and I would caution anyone considering a large purchase here to think twice. Customer service goes a long way and this location clearly doesn’t prioritize it.

Entered the store with an idea and left knowing exactly what I wanted. All thanks to the help of Valeria who has great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable with the entire inventory. Easy to talk to, very polite, and respectful. I’ll definitely be asking for her help again when I return to Ashley’s.

I have recently bought a couch set but a part of it didn’t fit in my living room so I had that item removed, however it’s been 14 business days since they’ve been saying they would give me my refund check yet they never did. I tried calling the store but turns out they had my number blocked, so I had to make a call through my daughter’s number. Whenever I go to the store, they just say it’s not there or they don’t know about it. I’ve been calling for the past week or so about it yet they said they didn’t know or just simply didn’t answer the calls. I’ve been asking to speak to the manager but whenever if do he’s always in “meetings” and can’t attend the call.

Horrible communication, cant get me an estimated day for arrival. Told me furniture would be here in 2 weeks, its been a month. They give me the same excuse everyday. “Yeah next week” Update: The staff was really helpful in getting my refund. At the end of the day, the people at the store did their job—the company they work for did not deliver. It’s not fair to the employees at this location, as they did everything they could to help. The Laredo employees get 5 stars. Ashley as a whole gets 0 stars. If I could go lower, I would.
