Mattress Firm Long Meadow Farms

I had a genuinely great experience working with Brad while shopping for a new mattress. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, approachable, and—most importantly—not pushy. He took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my sleep habits, preferences, and budget, which made the whole process feel personalized rather than like a sales pitch. Brad clearly knows his stuff. He explained the differences between mattress types in a way that was easy to understand without being overwhelming, and he was honest about what would and wouldn’t be a good fit for me. I never felt rushed, and he encouraged me to take my time trying out different options. What stood out most was his professionalism and patience. He genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right mattress, not just making a sale. Thanks to Brad, I ended up with a mattress I’m really happy with, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, low-pressure, and customer-focused, I highly recommend asking for Brad.

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm on Thursday. My purpose was to continue researching several mattress options so I’d be prepared to purchase THE ONE at the end of June. Milton gave me 1st class service. After answering my questions and testing out features, he helped me pare down my favorites and WE found the perfect mattress and adjustable base that checked all my boxes. Instead of the end of June, I pulled the trigger and bought a new Tempur-Pedic mattress. I will definitely recommend all of my friends and acquaintances to visit Milton at the Long Meadow location. I’m counting the days downs to delivery day. Thanks Milton for making this major purchase seamless and easy.

We were met by Brad at Mattress Firm. We instantly had his undivided attention. He listened to what we were looking for (Temperpedic) and with that information joined us on our journey to purchase a new bed. Brad is friendly. Brad is engaging. Brad is knowledgeable. Brad is helpful. Brad recognized and addressed our needs. Although we didn't intend on purchasing today as we went in thinking we had more research to do, with Brad's expertise and guidance we made a decision and made a purchase. Mattress Firm beat out their nearby competitor with a better package, a better trial period, a better financing option and a lot less pressure! Oh, did I mention, Brad is great!

Brad is an awesome Sleep Expert. Professional off the bat. Greeted us right away as soon as we entered. Answered my questions providing the technicalities and the down to earth answer. We’ve also shopped at this location before and it hasn’t disappointed us yet.

I had an amazing experience shopping for my mattress! The manager (Brad) was very nice and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed to make a purchase. He explained the benefits of each mattress style I was interested in. And I was able to confidently make a purchase on the spot! I highly recommend this location!
