Mattress Firm Martinsburg

I had a great experience at the Martinsburg location with Dallas. From the moment I walked into the store, Dallas greeted me warmly and listened to the type of mattress and frame I was looking to buy. No pressure to buy a more expensive mattress which was refreshing. I bought a nice full size Frisco mattress with a bed frame which I wanted for my guest bedroom when my teenage grandson stays overnight. Fantastic deal during their July 4th special with my new mattress and bed frame arriving on Tuesday. I highly recommend Dallas 👌 he was great to work with and f8nd the right mattress and frame for me.

My family and I went here to browse and see what options were available. We were met right away with such amazing customer service from Woody. Woody was able to help us understand exactly what we needed and did not try to sell us something we did not need or want. Woody listened to our needs and our budget. Even though we did not purchase that day we came in the next day and it was so easy and Woody walked us through everything. From start to finish Woody made this experience enjoyable,professional and easy.

Tyler & Woody were both very kind and helpful in helping us find the perfect mattress/ bedroom set for our guest bedroom! Both are very accommodating and friendly folks. They both deserve a pay raise. Glad we chose this place for our mattress needs. Would recommend this place!

I haven't gotten the mattress yet. But I can tell you this if the mattress is anything like the salesman that worked with me it will be wonderful. This guy Eric was an absolute professional. I felt no pressure he just had good sales techniques and I admire that. And I truly believe he was very honest. I'm actually sending my son there in a few days. Thank you Eric.
