Outstanding experience from start to finish I trusted Orsini’s with the appliances and installation for my kitchen remodel, and they absolutely delivered. From the moment I walked into the store, the experience was first-class. John was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect appliance package. He took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure everything aligned with my kitchen design and goals. Cecil and Dylan handled the installation, and their workmanship was excellent. They were meticulous with leveling, setup, and making sure everything was properly installed and fully functional. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. Even after the remodel, the service and support remained top-notch. The entire team provided high-quality service from beginning to end. Orsini’s is absolutely deserving of 5 stars. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium appliances, expert installation, and exceptional customer service.

I have no words to explain how happy I am with Orsini's. From the very beginning Lauren has been wonderful. She was very patient with me with my "many" changes. With her expertise she helped decide on my kitchen appliances. During the installation Cecil and Benjie were OUTSTANDING. Not only did they work great as a team, they took the time to explain how each product works. Cecil double checked (maybe even triple checked) everything before he left. I can not be more pleased with the service I received! Thank you Orsini's. I will be back and I will definitely recommend!!

We had an excellent experience from the buying process to the delivery . Lauren helped with picking out the perfect washer and dryer And was wonderfully patient even when we changed our mind the next day on picking out different ones and was able to help us with that also. Stephen and tre we're absolutely wonderful and patient with our delivery considering they had to go down into our basement and it was a little bit of a tight fit and even though the door to our washer got a little scratched on the delivery, they took care of that problem right away and made sure that it got documented so that we could get a replacement. Overall excellent customer service from everybody all the way around. Highly recommend

Got our second appliance from Orsinis today and couldn’t be happier! Cecil and Dillon delivered our fridge and hauled the old one out and they couldn’t have been any more efficient, tidy or polite! Their customer service is impeccable and they are always so friendly! It’s nice to work with local people; it’s like having neighbors come over to help with your home improvement! We also got a good recommendation on an oven vent hood that would fit in our space and look good with the new fridge! Looks like we will be calling them again soon!

Amy was exactly the person that I needed to run into today to get me through the frustrating experience of a broken dryer and the lack of listening from employees at Lowe's and a repair shop in town. She listened and talked me through my options which helped me come to terms that purchasing a new dryer was my best option. Amy then patiently helped me sort through which dryer would fit my family's needs, be able to be delivered the same day, and still be a great deal! I'm so thankful our paths crossed today and I appreciate her making me feel heard! Steven and Tre' continued with making up for the negative experiences I had with the other places. They were helpful, respectful, quick, and went above my expectations! It's our first appliance purchased through Orsini's but will definitely not be our last!
