Shopping at mattress firm was a very pleasant experience. We were greeted with a smiling face when we went inside by April. We showed her exactly what we were interested in and she took us straight to it. She didn’t try upsell us by adding on unnecessary things or be pushy at all. She was great. She knew her products and was very informative. I enjoyed or shopping experience and would highly recommend friends and family to see April for their next mattress/bedding needs.

We bought our mattress here with April and we loved it! She helped us pick which one was best for us, because we couldn’t decide.
