A+ Customer Service: I bought furniture 15+ years ago from this location and moved to another city and needed replacement parts and I couldn't order them through the automated online system. I had just gotten some replacement parts for this set two years before. I called the store of purchase in Midland and Desiree helped me open a parts claim order to look into it, unfortunately the parts were out of stock and out of production at Ashley so the parts department helped me search up some universal third party parts that will work. I really appreciate the customer service even after all of these years to help me resolve my issue.

Max beans with Ashley was great. I like that out of my butt and I told my friend I like to take this one out of a discount because it was a poor model just wishful thinking and by Joe I’ve got I got it because it was discontinued and it saved me $200 so it cost me $550. Great price great service.

We went in expecting to just look. But we were approached by TJ, who asked what we were looking for and then showed us a few options. He then left us to look, checked back with us later. He ended up being so helpful, without being pushy. We ended up buying more than anticipated and were completely pleased with the service from TJ and the Manager Tom.

Benny met us at the door of Ashley’s. We are both unable to walk very far so we were pleased that he was readily available. We told him what we were looking for. He showed us different options and we made our purchase. He was very pleasant and comfortable to talk to. We explained that we have 3 cats and he showed us a material that will meet our needs. The manager came and sat down with us, very friendly and welcoming, without being pushy. We appreciated that.

Don't let the saleswoman named Raquel Nelson help you; she's arrogant and only wants to make a sale. It was lucky we were actually there to buy something and she made her sale, but I would have asked for a friendlier salesperson! The delivery was fine; my furniture arrived sooner than expected.
