Had a great experience and really love the mattress I purchased. Jeremy was great and very knowledgeable. Walked me through all the mattresses and explained the differences. I plan on coming here for all my future purchases. Highly Recommend 10 out of 10

We somewhat knew what we wanted, just needed information regarding the differences between some mattresses and adjustable frames. Jeremy walked us through and provided everything we needed as wasn't pushy in the slightest. We weren't ready to buy because our room wouldn't be ready for the new bed for better than two months. He provided us the means to get ahold of him, as well as view the quote, but did not contact us like some over anxious sales people. We contacted him when we had a better plan, but just to provide a time frame, and ask a couple more questions. He shared the news of an upcoming sale, then contacted us when the sale was up and running. We went and made the purchase. He offered some other additions, with no pressure. He didn't try to convince us we "needed" these, just offered up the information. Some we took, some we didn't. It was a blessing to work with someone where the customer was first, not the company.

My cousin and I went to Mattress Firm to find mattresses for each of us. The first time we went we dealt with Jeremy, he was polite professional, professional and well groomed. Jeremy was on vacation when we went the next time. When we returned we dealt with Austin, he was very informative and patient. We came back again and again spoke with Austin and another associate by the name of Dominick. They were all very helpful and friendly.

Place has weird customer service and they tried to charge me an extra 30 dollars ontop of the highest tier delivery service/haul away even though it said it was haul away everything until the delivery crew showed up and said they wouldn't take away my adjustable base because they didnt have tools. Then he charged and waived the fee and sent a another delivery crew out who yet again didn't have tools. Drug the frame up my stairs bashing walls and whatever in the way and then left the feet of the frame laying in my hallway and never returned.

I love this place. I had the most wonderful salesperson, Jasmine, who took great time to help me as I was not knowledgeable in purchasing mattresses. Also at another location I stepped into I met Andrew. What a nice man. It's wonderful to be able to talk to a person that shows interest in you and sincerely helps you in every way. The Third location I went to was only because I was picking up something there and I met Nick. He too was very friendly and kind and helpful and put my purchase in my trunk and I was so tickled to be so well taken care of. Thank you mattress firm!
