Needed help last minute Luis and Micah came through for me. I’m a disabled veteran and they really took care of me in a pinch. So grateful for their professionalism, consideration, and kindness to be able to deliver same day within an hour of my urgent request. I’m sure what I felt was an emergency is not something they are or will be able to do again for someone, but the fact that they wanted to try and then did was incredible. It’s people like them we need more of in this world. I truly appreciate all they did for me and all they’ll do for all of us when in need. Definitely keeping them programmed in my phone. I have been on chase trying to find what I had in my last mattress. I purchased a mattress from this location and after 110 days I felt it wasnt for me. James has made the return process simple easy and I have never felt uncomfortable or stressed from the process. All the sales persons I have encountered there have been smart in regards to their mattresses and super friendly in ever aspect. Mr. James, Owner and his staff are always so professional, helpful, and they make you feel like you're right at home. They provide guidance on what might be a good mattress for you and why. In addition, they inform you on the additional things like the head can raise up or the foot area, etc. Mrs. Amber Hutchinson was my salesperson AGAIN. This is my second time making a purchase within the last 4 years and will be returning with my son-in-law so he can make a purchase.
