Our experience today was second to none. David did a great job at not only educating us on the various options but also understanding our needs while best aligning them with the perfect mattress. We were very impressed at his attentiveness and empathetic demeanor. Never once did we feel pushed or pressured. We simply felt guided and informed the entire time. David was also very patient. You can tell he really cares about making a difference for the customer, because that's exactly what he did for us. Would highly recommend this store as well as asking for David when you arrive. We went into Mattress Firm planning to just browse and find something my husband and I could agree on—but our experience turned out to be so much more thanks to Terri! From the moment we walked in, she was vibrant, welcoming, and ready to help. She took the time to learn our names—even engaging with our toddler—which made the experience feel personal right away. Terri asked thoughtful questions, really listened to our needs, and guided us with so much knowledge. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted, but kept an open mind—and ended up choosing something completely different that we absolutely love! I’ve always had good experiences with Mattress Firm, but this one was exceptional. Terri is professional, not pushy, incredibly informative, and full of personality.
