Rooms To Go

If you're shopping at the Rooms To Go in Newnan, ask for Stephanie Cole! We stopped in a few days ago, and she was exactly what every salesperson should be—friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Normally, I avoid salespeople because I don't like feeling pressured, but Stephanie gave us space while still being available whenever we had questions. When we were ready, she went above and beyond to help us, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. We ended up purchasing several items, and we still have more to buy. Because of how great she has been, we'll absolutely continue working with Stephanie for our future purchases. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and she truly stands out. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit the Newnan store!

I had the pleasure of working with Ashley as soon as I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout my whole experience. I made her time go by fast because I was there for quite sometime. It felt like being helped by an old friend. I would recommend anyone to seek out Ashely because she’s the best !
