Salesperson (Jane) was very helpful and friendly in helping us with our decision. We already picked the mattress we wanted. It's just a shame that the holiday special isn't available to see on display. It's all good! I'm sure we'll be happy 😊 with the choice.

Nick and Jane are the best! Nick made the The process of buying a mattress as smooth as it could be. He took the time to listen to what myself and my spouse had to say then took us around and showed us some of our options. In the end, we walked out of the store, feeling very satisfied and excited for our purchase

I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Jane! She is by far the best salesperson I’ve ever dealt with—knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me through all the options without any pressure. Her professionalism and warmth made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for the perfect mattress and top-notch service, ask for Jane. She’s truly the best!

Great service. As soon as we entered the door the Salesman was already interacting with us and letting us know he would be right with us as soon as he finished with the previous customer. He was the only salesman in there at the time and he was very kind and efficient. 👍🏼

Had a great experience at Mattress Firm North Port. I had purchased a mattress from the company in Pinellas Park a year ago, and had a good experience and went back to them again in North Port. Jane was very focused on my needs and showed me options and was able to provide me with the mattresses I needed. Update three weeks later - found an issue with the mattress. Called the showroom where I purchased it. They immediately got a replacement in the system and it was delivered within a day and the delivery team removed the existing mattress and placed the new one in the bedroom. Stress free as it can get. Great experience all around.
