Just bought my third mattress from Mattress Firm today, and once again it was a great experience. This was my first purchase at the Sarasota location and the team was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, no pressure, and they really listened to what I needed instead of just trying to upsell me. They walked me through the options, answered every question, and helped me land on exactly what I wanted. After three purchases, I can confidently say they make the process easy and straightforward every time. Highly recommend the Sarasota team if you’re in the market for a new mattress.
