Tagged along to Mattress Firm with my best friend because she was thinking about getting about replacing her mattress but I ended up buying a pillow. I have been shopping for the right firm pillow for the past 2 years. Ray was the sales associate that helped us. He was professional, personable and very helpful. He was very detailed with his recommendations and very knowledgeable when we asked questions and made our shopping experience great.

After going through a warranty process and getting approved for a new mattress, I decided to go to the Nostrand Ave Mattress firm & was grateful to meet Cindy, She welcomed me in with such good grace, I was incredibly impressed by her patience, attentiveness, and deep knowledge. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss every detail, answering all my questions with care and clarity. Her expertise and warm demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She truly exemplifies outstanding customer service and absolutely deserves recognition for her dedication and professionalism.
