Not one to take the time to leave a review unless its truly great service. Jackie and Alex went above and beyond for us. Zero buying pressure, more of a please be sure to test as many times as you can before you look in on anything. They helped us get the best deals possible and even gave tips on how to enhance the longevity of the mattress along with a bunch of other tips. Jackie assisted us even after hours and helped arranged a smooth buying process with Alex who was also great at making the experience seamless. Wonderful staff, great and honest buying experience. Wasn't keen on going to mattress firm at first but now im so glad I did!
