I recently purchased a new mattress and adjustable bed frame from the Mattress Firm on Overton Ridge, and my experience from start to finish was excellent. It took me over a month to make my decision, since I am rather particular. The store manager, Danielle, was phenomenal during the whole process. She was never pushy or annoying the way many sale people can be. She answered all of my questions and was just great to work with overall. We were able to get the mattress and frame delivered very quickly, and the delivery service did an excellent job as well. I highly recommend this location, and will definitely shop here again.
View on GoogleThis location the store is SOOOO CLEAN and Smells AMAZING!!!! Our Sleep Expert Garison was INCREDIBLE and so knowledgeable and helped me and my fiancé find the PERFECT MATTRESS! When we were trying mattresses from their AMAZING selection, Garison showed us an adjustable base. When he started raising our feet my lower back pain was GONE! When he raised the head of the bed I could breath I felt so comfortable I didn’t want to leave at all !!! I’m so happy to get our NEW mattress and adjustable base tomorrow!! Oh and by the way NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!! How convenient!!! I would recommend anyone shopping for a new mattress to come to the MATTRESS FIRM on Overton Ridge in Fort Worth and have Garison CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!!!

View on GoogleAldo was awesome! He was very friendly, informative and helpful during my purchase. I knew right away the mattress that I wanted and he showed me a couple of options that fit my needs. Shout out also to the female employee helping the only other couple in the store. She also seemed very courteous and was smiling the whole time helping them with their purchase. Highly recommend this location for great service and deals!
