Mattress Firm Pacific Commons

Our experience with Mattress Firm Pacific Commons store, Fremont, CA was great. Our sales person, Doaa, was friendly, knowledgeable & caring. She explained all options to us and was patient while we made our selection. Additionally, Wilbur and his helper delivered our new mattress the next day. They were both experienced, polite and careful in every aspect of their delivery and set up job. We are completely satisfied with our purchase from Mattress Firm, Fremont store.

We had a very pleasant experience shopping for mattresses at the Mattress Firm. Our sales rep, Ms Doaa, was very helpful in selecting the right mattress for us. There was no sales pressure and she didn’t push for more expensive mattresses. The delivery was also very smooth. Overall, we had a very positive experience here.

We had a great experience with Turaab at Mattress Firm. He was very professional, patient, and helpful, and helped my wife and me find the right mattress for us. He was also very responsible and supportive throughout the purchase and delivery process. Highly recommend him and this store!

I met Shar via telephone and she answered all of my questions regarding the purchases online versus coming inside the store. She was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence that matress firm was the way to go and if possible try it before I buy it.Unfortunately she wasn't present when I came to shop and I met a very lovely sales associate by the name of Laila. She went through the entire matress buying experience. I went from matress to matress indecisive about what I wanted, but she was very patient with me and even laid on the mattresses next to me so I could get a better idea of what it would be like in regard to motion transfer. I really appreciate her knowledgeable opinion on mattresses and additional products that would enhance my sleeping experience. I made the purchase the same day and I was sold on the zero percent interest for the Mattress Firm credit card. I appreciate the experience and will continue choosing mattress firm for my matress needs

When I first went to the store to order my foam mattress things went well & the associate Alex was very knowledgeable. When I received the tracking I found out my shipment was being sent to a different location then I had requested it to. It was difficult trying to get a hold of anyone since it was after hours. With my frustration level increasing that's when Destiny the store manager contacted me. She was very professional with excellent customer service skills. She worked with the warehouse and when it was to late to change the address she requested it to be held at a fed ex store where she planned to pick it up and deliver it to me. Due to the strick rules by fed ex that wasn't possible. Destiny went over and above and credited my account a percentage & sent me a set of sheets for my troubles along with my son a set for him getting the mattress & delivering it to me. I wish more people had the true skills that Destiny has when it comes to doing what's needed to insure the customer is happy. Thank you Destiny I appreciated all you did for me.
