Shar was incredibly helpful throughout my shopping experience. She was kind, patient, and very professional from start to finish. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and helped me choose the perfect firm mattress without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Shar if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right mattress. Thank you, Shar, for such a great experience!

Turaab is an extremely helpful, patient salesman! I highly recommend his service in Milpitas. I stayed within budget and am very happy about the experience. Even if you don't purchase right away, it is a great store to learn about you like and don't like in the research process. Free delivery and frame was much appreciated.

Had a great experience at the store. Mauro was incredibly helpful throughout the process—he took the time to understand our needs, explained the differences clearly, and guided us to the right mattress. Really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Highly recommend working with him if you’re shopping here!

We were looking for King size mattress and were confused with options in the market. We had 3 options in mind-spring mattress or hybrid or latex but to narrow down to one of these and a specific brand among Casper,Temper,Avocado,Purple was the hardest.Thankfully we entered Mattress Firm (MF)Fremont/Milpitas and met one of the Salesperson named Doaa.I had a lot of questions which were very nicely and patiently answered by Doaa. She explained differences between Purple and TemperPedic which seemed comparable to us when looking at the cost.We were finally able to make the decision to buy TempePedic Hybrid. She offered us a good deal which felt attractive and reasonable. She also bundled our purchase with a good quality outlet box spring, mattress protector and sheet set.She thoroughly went over important T&C ,warranty and care instructions of MF and TemperPedic. In our opinion ,she is a great salesperson to work with and please do not hesitate asking questions because no question is lame when putting in lot of money on mattress.
