Mattress Firm Parkville

Terrance was very informative. He explained the details and differences between the mattresses that I was comparing. He showed me examples of the different options in box springs that were available. I learned a lot. Terrance also worked within my budget which helped me get the perfect mattress. I walked out very pleased and will recommend Mattress Firm to my friends. Terrance was not only very professional but friendly and pleasant to talk with. He is a gem and worth keeping. Thank you Terrance

I purchased a Queen Temper-Pedic Mattress and base in 2023, I just purchases a Full Size Bed with Base. Both times Kimberly helped me get an amazing discount. She is friendly and knowledgeable and knows how to get you exactly what you need at amazing prices.

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Autumn + John. I stopped in randomly a few weeks ago to research mattresses. Autumn knew more about mattresses and sleep than I thought possible, and had great advice and an impressive knowledge base. With a bit of logistical help from John, they set me up with a new mattress super quickly. I'm still adjusting to the new setup, but I'm confident that I can count on Autumn if I end up with issues!

The 1 star is for the mattress I bought.. I purchased it online after searching for the right one and going back and forth for about 3 months we decided to get one of the 2 mattresses we had went back and forth on,it was super comfy to lay on but because we bought a split king.. around the edges of the mattress bent in/downward making it near impossible to lay with my husband or for our youngest to lay in between us and watch a show. It was an euro top mattress.. anyways when I called the store after the 30 days the associate at the parkville store was patient and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about everything. My disappointment came from the mattress because I know that the one in the store definitely didn't feel like that, we sat on the edge talking to the guy fir awhile and also because after the first night or 2 we both knew it wasn't a fit for us but we had to wait 30 days to even begin the process and there's a fee I'm getting charged ($249.99)which after waiting didn't seem like such a huge deal but when I found out originally I was super irritated a 120 day trial should be that, but there's nothing that can be done about that I guess..So as far as her (I think her name was Aubrey but honestly I can't remember 😬) and my past experience with mattress firm is the reason I may return as a customer in the future (possibly)

Autumn at the Mattress Firm in Parkville was phenomenal! The amount of information she knew about sleep was surprising, and I was only there to buy a pillow. The absolute perfect kind of sales person you want to deal with.
