Mattress Firm Cockeysville

Nate was amazing to work with! He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain the differences between mattresses and helped us find the perfect fit! Great customer service and such a positive experience overall. Highly recommend asking for Nate!

Kandice was great. She was professional and patient. She was also very helpful and had great recommendations. The delivery guys were great too, Carlos and another gentlemen. They were on time, set up quickly and professionally. I would recommend Mattress Firm if you need a new bed.

Miss Kim is the best. She understands what people need for their body type and injuries. She obviously knows her products. And she doesn’t waste your time. Thanks Kim!

Nathan was very thorough and explained the differences between the brands of beds. He was very professional and made the experience of choosing a bed easy. I really appreciate that. Delivery of new mattress and removal of old mattress was quick and efficient. The 2 delivery men were pleasant. The only NEGATIVE was that they didn't put on any booties once they were in my house. I have had handyman and utility people work in my house before. They ALWAYS offer to wear booties or automatically put them on without being asked. There is no excuse for this. To make matters worse, my walkway had grass clippings spread all over because my lawn was been mowed at the time they had arrived. I have hardwood on the first level and carpeting on the second level. They should have worn booties or had a conversation with me about that. Mattress Firm needs to pass this information on to the delivery company. Your rating is lower because of the misstep during delivery. Nathan gets a 5 star rating for sales. Delivery and removal of mattress gets a 3 star rating.

Needed a mattress and just took a chance on checking out this location. So glad we did. Walked in and was greeted by an exceptional professional very knowledgeable sleep expert. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Kandice Cockeysville location was very patient, took her time and believe me it's hard to sell my husband on a big purchase. She helped my husband and I choose a mattress. We even purchased a mattress for my daughter. We were very pleased with the time she took found what we wanted and we were sold. Once we got home the bed was not comfortable at all, but all it took was a visit back to the store. We contacted Kandice and she kindly went back over different types of beds the form and styles. She was very understanding never hassled which we were worried. No hassle return and still gave us the discount that we had with our original purchase. Needless to say my family highly recommends this location if you want excellent products, awesome customer service and a great deal. I'm definitely sending customers her way!!! Very, very pleased. If you need a mattress need assistance figuring what is best Kandice is the expert. You won't be disappointed trust me.
