Andrew was my salesperson at Mattress Firm. He was knowledgeable and asked all the right questions to direct me towards the right mattress for my husband and me. Thus resulting in my purchase. Every one else was friendly and pleasant. They had a good selection from Nectar, Tempur-pedic to Sealy Dreamcloud pressure smart, which was our choice and will be delivered Friday! So excited can’t wait! I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Pelican Square, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and Andrew!
View on GoogleCourtney was just fabulous! From the minute she met us to the very end, she was so knowledgeable about everything we needed to know. We had never purchased a zero gravity bed and had lots of questions and help in selecting what was the right one for us. She gave us options of several different price points and even helped guide us when we struggled to decide what was best but totally without any pressure. She was terrific at helping us understand the options for financing, as well. We left very grateful we stopped by. We went in just to get information and continue to comparative shop but the entire experience made us realize we did not need to look further. We had found what we needed. We were so happy we decided to come there first. This store is so well run!
View on GoogleWe were looking for a split king temporpedic mattress and base. We originally spoke with Rachel who was very knowledgeable. We had to get measurements to make sure the bed would fit. We returned a couple of days later but missed Rachel. However Courtney was able to help us select a base and mattresses. She was very knowledgeable also and did not rush us or pressure us to buy. She gave us different options and we were able to find a bed and mattresses. We had a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you Rachel and Courtney you are both great representatives for the company.
View on GoogleWonderful experience. Roc was very knowledgeable and was able to personalize and prioritize the mattresses best suited to our preferences. He also worked with his mgr to construct what we felt was a very good deal. We are a repeat customer and will continue to be based on Roc's professionalism. Robin and John Whitmore
View on GoogleNice place with a good selection of quality mattresses. Ruth was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience smooth and easy. She even discounted my transaction more than the already discounted price. They are able to deliver in a couple of days although I opted for a later delivery.
