Roy was incredibly helpful! He took the time to show me several mattresses within my budget, and the entire process was quick and hassle-free. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with a new mattress scheduled for delivery just two days later. Outstanding customer service and a great shopping experience from start to finish. I highly recommend working with Roy and shopping here if you’re in the Fenwick Island area and looking for a new bed!
View on GoogleRoy was great - knowledgeable, answered all questions, and he wasn’t pushy. He took the time to explain the differences between mattresses and listen carefully to what my needs are before making a recommendation. Top notch experience - and the best part was we were able to get in and out within an hour.
View on GoogleRoy at Fenwick’s Mattress Firm saved our week! After a bad experience and delivery with a national online retailer for mattress sets, I called Mattress Firm in a panic and Roy helped immediately with every question I had. When we went in the next day in person, he was so knowledgeable and helpful with our specific needs and took time with us to help us make the best choice. We’re beyond thrilled with our purchase and can’t thank Roy enough!
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience today at Mattress Firm. I was lucky to find Rachel, who expertly guided me through the available options based on my needs. She was very personable, kind, professional. She listened patiently, until I was happy with my choice. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Fenwick Island, and I advise to ask for Rachel. You will be not disappointed. Thank you, Rachel, for your help and kindness!
View on GoogleRoy was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Took the time to understand our needs and pointed out various options without pressuring in any way. He answered my questions even before I asked them. High quality, excellent customer service/delivery and solid warranty. I think Mattress Firm offers great value across a wide price range. This is the third mattress I've bought there. Won't buy anywhere else.
