After 10+ years my old mattress became impossible. The foam just gave out. Joshua was a delight in helping me find a mattress to fit my needs and stay within budget! He also was good at explaining the differences in mattresses and offering various financial options, and even with delivery of my final selection the price was under my top limit. I like the eurotop very much! Also the delivery guys, Anthony and Irving were friendly and fast. 10/10 would shop again.

I visited several mattress stores before making my decision, and the store manager was by far the most patient, knowledgeable, and professional person I met during the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Instead, he took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses, answer all my questions, and help me find the best option for my budget and sleeping needs. What impressed me most was his honesty and willingness to help, even after the sale was completed. Customer service like this is becoming rare these days. If you’re shopping for a mattress in the Plano area, I highly recommend visiting this location and speaking with the manager. I had such a great experience with Teresa! We originally went back to the store where I purchased my mattress to ask about exchanging it, but I didn’t feel like they were very interested in helping since it wasn’t a new sale. So we decided to try another location, and I’m so glad we did. Teresa spent a lot of time with me figuring out what would actually work better for me based on my weight, sleeping position. She asked what mattress I currently had, when she found out I had just purchased it recently, she told me that I was still within the exchange period. At that point she knew I wasn’t there to purchase an additional mattress, but that didn’t change her attitude at all. She was still incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely wanted to make sure I ended up with the right bed. I told her I was willing to spend a little more if it meant upgrading to something that would be a better fit for me, and she spent a lot of time working to get me a deal I was extremely happy with. I ended up upgrading to a mattress I really liked at a price I felt very comfortable with. Teresa took the time to go through my receipt with me and explain exactly what every charge and credit meant. I never felt rushed or like she was just trying to finish the transaction. I really appreciate her help and wish more salespeople approached customers this way. Customer service shouldn’t end once the original sale is made, the experience afterward matters just as much. Teresa really demonstrated that, and I would absolutely recommend asking for her if you visit this location.

After 15 years our current mattress needed replacement. We just purchased a new Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt 2.0 mattress from Teresa at Mattress Firm Plano. Very great experience, no pressure whatsoever and she easily answered all of our questions while we tested several potential mattresses. It was a quick, simple and an actually pleasurable buying experience. Looking forward to a good night's sleep on Friday.
